On Wednesday, March 8th, 2017 I had the opportunity to teach yet another Culinary Course for Allegany College of Maryland! The theme this time was Mardi Gras. We explored many Cajun style recipes from Jambalaya and Gumbo to Pralines and Bananas Foster! The pics are below along with all of the recipes from the class.
